Jane Cottam-Manning is the Senior Property Manager at Real Estate Australia. Having learnt the ins and outs of the Property Management trade over the past 10 years of her career, she is without doubt a fundamental part of our team of Real Estate agents. Jane’s attention to detail and dedication to managing property efficiently are only part of the reason homeowners speak so highly of her.
Upon moving to Canberra over 10 years ago, Jane discovered the beauty of our multi-cultural capital and the thought of leaving hasn’t crossed her mind since. It’s this journey, where she experienced life as a renter as well as a proud homeowner, that she developed her love for Real Estate.
When she’s not focused on getting the job done or laughing with her tenants and owner’s alike, you’ll find her touring across the countryside by motorbike with her husband. In those brief moments you’ll catch her without a helmet, you’ll find Jane absorbed in one of her favourite novels or, when the weather is right, soaking up the sunshine as she works in the garden.
Never one to conform to stereotypes, Jane is also an avid video gamer and always finds time to join her children online. It’s one of many ways she spends time with her biggest love of all, her family.
One of Jane’s personal motto’s is “If I don’t know the answer, I’ll search until I do” which sums up her personality perfectly. It’s with a can-do attitude and a passion for whatever lies in front of her that makes Jane Cottam-Manning a fantastic Property Manager. Her love for people and their stories is what has helped build lasting relationships with all clients and given her the edge in Real Estate.
